Positions We Hire For

We are seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to join our team! In this role, you will use your welding expertise to create and repair metal structures and components. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, cutting and shaping metal parts, and ensuring high-quality welds.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Cut, shape, and prepare metal components for welding
  • Operate various welding equipment (e.g., MIG, TIG) to join metal parts securely
  • Grind, polish, and clean welds to meet quality standards
  • Perform basic inspections to ensure welds meet specifications
  • May operate machinery to bend or form metals

Qualifications:

  • Welding certification (e.g., SMAW, GMAW) preferred
  • Experience with metal fabrication processes
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong safety focus

In this role, you will operate a variety of machines, like lathes and milling machines, to create precision metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. You’ll ensure top-notch quality control and contribute to our efficient production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and CAM files
  • Select and set up appropriate machines for each job
  • Utilize machining tools to cut, shape, and finish metal parts with accuracy
  • Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and conformance to specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • May perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating manual and CNC machine tools (a plus)
  • Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent math and measurement skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Strong safety awareness

In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently over various distances (local or long haul, depending on the position). You’ll ensure adherence to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a commercial motor vehicle (tractor-trailer, box truck, etc.) safely and legally
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues
  • Securely load and unload cargo according to company procedures
  • Plan routes, adhering to schedules and optimizing fuel efficiency (long haul)
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients (if applicable)

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL (Class A or B, depending on the position)
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent map reading and navigation skills (GPS preferred)
  • Strong physical health and stamina for loading/unloading tasks
  • Commitment to safety and following all DOT regulations

In this hands-on role, you’ll diagnose and repair a variety of equipment used in welding and metal fabrication. You’ll work alongside our welders to ensure our shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems in welding equipment (e.g., MIG welders, plasma cutters, CNC machines)
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to keep equipment operational
  • Repair and maintain shop tools and machinery (e.g., grinders, drills, power tools)
  • Assist welders with disassembly and reassembly of equipment for repairs
  • May operate basic welding equipment for testing purposes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Experience in repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment
  • Familiarity with basic welding processes (a plus)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with welders
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely
